Room rates are per night double occupancy and do not include state and local taxes. Additional persons in rooms will be charged at rate of $10 per night per person.

Policies:

1. Rates are subject to change without notice.
2. Discounts are available for longer stays.
3. Visa, Mastercard, or Discover is required to confirm your reservation.
4. During the peak season if you cancel with less than 14 days notice we will charge your card for all nights we are unable to re-book your room.
5. All rooms are NO SMOKING.
6. We cannot accomodate pets...even small ones
7. Check in time is 3-6 pm. After 6 pm self check in.
8. Check out time by 11 am.
